What Is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle form of health care that utilises a variety of hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat structural and bio-mechanical dysfunctions in the body.
As osteopaths the emphasis of our treatment is on the whole person and not solely on their symptoms. We treat muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints and fascia to support the body’s self-healing mechanism, to gently release any strains present, relieve pain and improve mobility.
