Clinical Pilates
We are excited to offer a low impact strength training clinical pilates program that is customised to every patient.
The Pilates method was developed by Joseph Pilates. He focused his exercise programs on breath, posture, core stability, control, and strength.
Clinical Pilates is a form of Pilates involving low impact strength training using spring loaded machinery. Clinical Pilates can help with posture, reducing pain, rehabilitation of injuries and injury prevention. It is also utilised with prenatal and postnatal care.
The Clinical Pilates program is customised to every patient. Each patient is assessed one-on-one with their practitioner, where a personalised Pilates program is formed according to their personal goals and benchmarks.
